MEASURE PROCEDURE:
1. Press ¡°ON/OFF¡± button once to switch ON the thermometer, it will perform a self-test with a flash of full segment display and jump to normal display.
2. Take out the plastic probe cover, then penetrate the stainless steel probe into test substance about 25mm(1¡å)to get the reading when it become stable.
3. Press ¡°ON/OFF¡± button once to switch OFF the thermometer.

Press ¡°℃/¨H¡±button once to change the temperature unit.
DATA HOLD FUNCTION:
